Exploration #7: Open Air To Go

Perspective. Seven generations. Responsibility beyond self. This is where the tipping point tips... this is when the ship must turn. If the captain isn't willing, will the people step up and collaborate? Will the musicians play the marching orders?  Will the visionaries inspire order? Will the poets transcribe the new story? ... or will we all disperse in fear as the news of impending chaos spreads? The time is NOW, the question is HOW?

Exploration #6: Wonderland

Among the snowy caps of cold capitalism, a social event of epic proportions is taking place...

An organic, human consciousness combustion, like a thousand little ice particles joining hands as they tumble down, free falling into new symmetrical shapes, like sacred songs coming into existence, over and over again.

Wisdom is finally recognized within unconventional places. Within non-dominant voices. Coming together building a new wonderland from the ground up.

Exploration #5:  Amandus

Let the tension dissolve to reveal only what is good. Place your attention there, where the gravity supports your body, where the water hydrates your cells, where there is light and color and movement. Don't let the grinding gears, stiff joints, and day-to-day disturbances manipulate your perspective.

Stay true to the softness and spirit that plays within the chaos. Work hard to not just work hard, but to see transformation within yourself. Growing in the working. How do we complain less and recognize the joy more? And when we have achieved a milestone, how do we truly celebrate in a meaningful, spiritual, ritual?

Widen, broaden, open to see how you fit into the larger human story. Don't take your work too seriously. See the little spark you contribute among the global bonfire that is building.

Exploration #4: Shakti-Dub

Many facets, like fractals, reflecting at different angles. I am multi-dimensional. 

"The goal of all meditation is ultimately the same, and that is ultimately to achieve the honorable truth... the ultimate reality behind the universe." 

Meditation is moving. Nothing is ever still. Noticing the aliveness in every possibility, the potential in every movement, the little neurons that fire within us, the ever-changing network of pathways of consciousness. The consciousness within our consciousness. The incredibly infinite scale at which we are so small on the spectrum of all understanding. 

Many hands, tackling many tasks. Many gears turning, engaging in many efforts. Everything moving and aiming to be productive, then breakthrough! Break through the need to produce, and just be. Be an observer of let your movements slow to an intentional study of goodness and love.

Exploration #3: Flow

Stretch down to the ground, behind your eyelids see the endless starry universe. Find humbleness and comfort in the unimportance of our worries. The grand scheme of things unfolding.

Find your breath. A microcosm of the constant rhthym and winds of change. Everything is always moving. Nothing is static. Nothing is permanent. Embrace where you are. Change is inevitable. Open yourself up to possiblities.  Let the world know you are ready to be of service.

Exploration #2: Migrations

All decades twisting up to this moment.  All genetic histories clicking within me.  Calling all ancestors, guide me where I need to go. Let me learn from your collective global wisdom.

Migrating in my mind to a sunnier state. Keep it real. Keep it sane. Keep it inspired.

Everybody going every way, so many priorities, so few hours in the day. Celebrating our paths crossing, but where are you going?

Don't try to change your ways. Stay as you began.

It's not going to be a smooth ride, but even the bumps can be beautiful when you've got the support of friends. Take a ride on this magic carpet ride. There's room for everyone. Even the darkest shadows can unfold as a paper-cut puppet show, if you have someone to laugh with.

Spinning carnival lights in slow-motion, just like life... a wild ride that still requires such a practice in patience. Find meaning in the twinkling moments in-between this craziness. Remember the comedy, the romance, the colorful drama.
